Sugar Inspiration: No. 3Buttercream100g unsalted butter200g icing sugar1 tbsp milk1 tbsp vanilla extract(We use Nielsen-Massey)- Beat the butter and sugar together until smooth, then add the milk and vanilla extract.Why not try salted chocolate buttercream? Remove the vanilla extract and add 100g of melted dark chocolate and 1/2 teaspoon of table salt.For a citrus twist replace the milk and vanilla with a tablespoon of orange, lemon or lime juice.Sugar Inspiration: No. 8Glace Icing125g icing sugar15ml warm water- Sift the icing sugar into a bowl and gradually add the warm water until the mixture thickens.Why not try our colourful glace icing? Just add food colouring one drop at a time!
