Preheat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4.2. Empty the cake sachet into a bowl and add the milk, eggs and softened butter.3. Whisk for 1 min to combine the ingredients well.4. Divide the mix between 12 cupcake cases.5. Bake for 12-15 mins until the cakes spring back.6.
