How to use Knorr Stock Pots: Adding directly to your dish, each versatile little pot will enrich gravies, pastas or even stir fries, smoothly melting to bring a full and rich taste. Alternatively, dissolving into 500ml of boiling water will make a delicious stock for soups, risottos or casseroles. For a lighter stock, use 750ml of water.

Adding directly to your dish, each little pot will enrich casseroles, risottos and sauces, smoothly melting to add a delicious herby taste.Alternatively, dissolving a pot into 500ml of boiling water will make a delicious, herb based stock.For a lighter taste, use 750ml water.Chicken Casserole:Prep Time: 10 minsCooking Time: 50 minsServings: 4Heat 1tbsp oil in non-stick frying pan and fry 4 chicken legs until golden brown on both sides. Remove to one side and drain off all but 1 tablespoon of oil. Gently fry 200g sliced mushrooms and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic together for 2-3 minutes. Place chicken back into pan, add stock (1 Knorr Herb Infusion Stock Pot dissolved in 400ml boiling water) and 50ml dry white wine, bring to the boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Just before serving add 2 tbsps of Elmlea single, heat gently and serve garnished with 1 tbsp of roughly chopped parsley.Product can crystallize - this is a natural process which doesn't impact on product quality.No artificial flavour enhancersNo added MSG
